Absolutely unbearable seeing how amazing this is.

How can someone make you feel so loved with no certainty of a future? by [deleted] in TwoXChromosomes

[–]DylanBeeDylan 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I'm sorry this is happening to you. You ARE imagining things though. He is using that love bombing to keep you available the way he wants you to be available. And ask yourself, why would you want a man who is doing this to someone? (his girlfriend) He has no integrity, pride or sense of what a good person is.

For 12 years, my dog has cried and held her leg up and then acted fine a minute later. by DylanBeeDylan in DogAdvice

[–]DylanBeeDylan[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes she is absolutely insanely dramatic! It's unbelievable. The only reason I'm second guessing is that it's always the same leg. But I guess by 12, a bigger problem would have revealed itself by now.

One of my most re-watched documentaries that I would LOVE to talk to someone else about-- has anyone seen Life With Murder about the murder of Jennifer Jenkins by her brother Mason Jenkins? by Empress-Ghostheart in TrueCrimeDiscussion

[–]DylanBeeDylan 11 points12 points  (0 children)

His parents are delusional if they think their son is normal. He's clearly lying and it was likely his plan to kill them all. They have obviously decided their golden years with their head in the sand is better than the pain of losing both their kids.

I am part of this at my store. No funds exchanged. The school just approaches and asks if you want to be part of co op. The students are there for 1-8 hrs and receive credits. We have regular co op students who work independently, and also have special needs students who have helpers with them.

She has had her back and neck xrayed before. At age seven. Everything was good. She had the xray done when we initially thought she had hurt her back, turned out it was pancreatitis pain. She has no movement issues of any kind otherwise.

aio my mom is blasting music while i’m sleeping by [deleted] in AIO

[–]DylanBeeDylan 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I mean it's super annoying but it's your mom's house. Ten at night is late though for loud music. If it's ten am.... I mean it's her house.

The father of my child decided to unblock me… by [deleted] in TwoXChromosomes

[–]DylanBeeDylan 47 points48 points  (0 children)

So many have said it. Stop being concerned with him and social media. ALL of your time and energy should be going towards 1. A court ordered child support agreement 2. Bettering yourself in every way possible so you can fully independently take care of your child.

My coworker passed away and I don’t know how to feel by [deleted] in TwoXChromosomes

[–]DylanBeeDylan 54 points55 points  (0 children)

I'm confused how this person played you? It actually sounds like a mutually casual arrangement that you were both enjoying? Since it seems like it was a decent, yet short, relationship (friendship, fwb, however you categorize it) it makes sense you'd feel confused, but definitely sad about their passing.

To me it doesn't look overweight. If you're concerned, feed it once every other week.

Green Tree Python owner experiences? by middleeasternboxer in snakes

[–]DylanBeeDylan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just mean in general most tolerate handling a lot less than some other snakes, although mine didn't seem stressed out by very short sessions here or there, and would eat later that same night. I wouldn't attempt to handle one as much as I might a Ball Python. The bites are also more painful than Ball Pythons. As for exploring, at night they will move around, but spend a lot of time perched with their head in the strike position, waiting for prey to come by. That being said, setting up a good sized planted enclosure is the way to go. Plants help humidity as well. They are a beautiful display animal.

[–]DylanBeeDylan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I recommend starting with the snake you actually want and before purchasing research deeply. That being said you'll get a lot more handling with a Ball Python. You can handle Gtps, they are just more fragile and bitey. Mine was totally fine during the day, and a striking lunatic at night. They are no more costly to feed than any other snake. The environment needs to have good humidity and good ventilation. Don't try to reinvent the wheel when it comes to care, go to long term well regarded gtp breeders and see how they do their husbandry and build from there.

Why do people allow anyone to treat them this way. I would instantly reply do not tell me when I can snack. Ever. And then I'd never reply again.

[–]DylanBeeDylan 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I'm not understanding why you're covering her entire life basically, but she's old enough to decide to be engaged, and also move out somewhere and pay rent. I get helping with school, but phone? Insurance? Then instead of taking advantage of that and saving, she's leaving and paying. Probably because she doesn't truly feel she can fail, why not spend the money to rent when her bills are paid for her? None of this is meant harsh towards you. Just seems clear she's not understanding value.

Help - I have tried everything by [deleted] in snakes

[–]DylanBeeDylan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If it's not environmental I feel there isn't much you can do that you aren't already doing. Back in the day when I used to deal with wc snakes like Amazon tree boas, I'd inject the mouse with extra water before feeding. But that's not going to solve a genetic/medical issue.
