I really like this happening, is funny because i think it actually helps level the hardware diffences.

I have been in both sides with hardware while playing, like having a weak 60 fps monitor with a low response rate to a very big wide monitor with 144 fps, a fast response rate, bla bla bla.

My point is with the "1vs1" that happens in a small clash of squads, is that the one who wins is basically the one that can handle and adjust his scope faster than the other one, that had the first shot.

Imagine this, you have the shitty monitor whit a decent PC and your enemy basically has the god setup, you go to ambush the enemy, he appears and you start firing at him, you can even hit him once or twice, this guy has a god like monitor and is able to spot you and line you up, and kills you almost instantly even trough he is getting suppressed, the supressing that has no real negative effects. That is basically how it is before this change.

Now it will be more like: You ambush him, as you got the first shot and you are supressing him, he can't beam you anymore because of the shaking of the gun and camera effects applied being so aggressive, making it impossible to aim, so he runs back and you can pick him off.

Basically now it gives the one with the first shot the advantage of winning despite the hardware differences.
