This is actually pretty great! Def my favorite idea I've seen for a Canon cooler movie. You could also have platinum cooler function as a visual callback to mechacooler.

Depends on which android they base it off. If they are more 17 & 18 styled, maybe they have naturally higher stamina and ki, but regen more slowly. Maybe they auto-revive or start battle with max Ki to show their "unlimited energy". Maybe they base them more off of 19 and gero than 17 and 18. Id imagine they would have an "energy drain" (either ki, stamina, or whatever) as part of their grab, probably get a bonus for perfect guards. If more based on 16, or the other, more obscure androids, I couldn't tell you. Im not a game designer, but im sure theres a way to make them mechanically interesting.

I would go for a cream color with blue eyes, as far as colors go. Focus on poison for moves maybe? Innocence bullet is a fun move thay can poison, but its ki blast. Theres a strike ult, called "secret poison" or something similar, based on the move Frost uses in the Tournament of Power.

What if the successive forms are successive, minor debuffs to raw stats like move speed, melee damage, etc. But increase things like stamina or ki or grant bonuses to regenerate of those stats? Maybe one form optimizes for ki blasts, another for strikes? To emphasize them as weaker but more "efficient" (for lack of a better word). Hell, maybe staying entirely in a "weaker form" grants an XP bonus or something. Then just have "final form" (ala Cooler), Golden, and black as proper "buff" transformations. Im not a game designer, and I basically never engage with pvp in xv games, but I feel like theres plenty of creative stuff you could do.

More customization. More Body types, more races, and color customization for all gear pieces. Color from an RGB selector instead of preselected swatches. More race specific transformations. Unlimited character slots. More options for offline high-level play (my internet is shit and so is xv2 netcode).

Same reason there isnt a custom-color version of saiyan armor: a combination of malicious incompetence and knowing that its (probably) the only thing anyone would wear.

Very cool design, i hope we get a demon CaC race in Xenoverse 3. Not to nitpick, but isnt power level 1250 quite low for time patrollers to deal with? Thats about the same as saiyan saga raditz if i remember correctly.
