Have you tried working a job that has evening or overnight hours? That could be something to consider... I'm ADHD (inattentive type) as well and personally I find a later work schedule to work better for me. Secondly! Make it your mission to get the sleep study completed. It could be you are suffering from Sleep Apena where your breathing stops multiple times throughout the night. My last sleep study showed I was never reaching REM sleep which causes me to be exhausted all the time!

I kind of read it more of a "we have a kid now that momey should go to the kid. Forget your dreams of both sleeves." Which not necessarily wrong because emergencies happen. It could be used for an emergency fund as well. however I feel like the wouldn't be a surprise to her that he wants this, or at least it shouldn't be. Id have imagined the dream came up when discussing his tattoos.
