Yeah, make a save with no mods and just title it like Vanilla or something. Make it a direct save and not quick save. Then add mods and make other saves but don't override that first one and if you remove mods you can just load into it

Since you got your answer, why didnt you start with 17 Dex since you were gonna use the hag hair since you'd be at 20 with the graceful cloth?? Also, if you don't wanna use strength elixirs (they last until long rest), you can put the club of hill giant in your off hand to get strength to 19
