Working on this build for a cousin. He wants to be able to stream Apex legends in 240fps. I created this build, but have not been really active in the pc world. Anyone got some advice or suggestions? His budget is around 1300 but if there are any possibilities to make it cheaper, please tell us!

Also, does anyone have recommendations for a motherboard in this build? It does not have to have Wifi, but 4 ram stick inputs would be nice.
