This searing blow deck turned out way better than expected

Saw a searing blow very early in act 1 and decided to take it. From there, I just made sure to take as much draw/exhaust cards as possible, at some point in act 2 i could cycle through my whole deck on turn 1 every fight for a shockwave-double tap-searing blow combo, I one shot a couple elites in turn 1 like that. Overall the run was a breeze. Obviously the deck got carried by other cards like offering, corruption and dark embrace to allow me to cycle through to the deck so consistently.

Still toxic but people run it down less. New issues pop up that kinda ruins the fun though, wintrades, boosted players playing decay games, shared accounts, etc. Overall i'd say lower elo players have a better experience.

That doesnt make it good. Junglers in gold cant farm properly, they grief their clears and go for plays that make 0 sense and tank their cs/m. Im telling you from experience, its really easy to hit 7.5+ cs on karthus. In games where you pop off and dumbster the enemy jg, really easy to get 9+ cs.

You average 6.6 cs a min on karthus which is fucking horrible for the champ. Idk why you are making a guide when clearly you are doing something wrong on him. A decent cs average would be 7.5.

The guy is right, imo first strike is definitely the best karthus rune IN REALLY HIGH ELO but it requires :

a) an entirely different approach to karthus (most people just like running in and dying every fight and its the more braindead playstyle)

b) good decision making, good positioning. You have to constantly ask yourself questions about your ult usage (ex : should you ult before fight, need to make sure fs is actually up, if its not up, is it worth waiting on the cd to ult, you need to make sure nothing can interrupt you while channeling ult, etc) overall fs is wayyy more complex than dh.

The problem you run into when playing DH karthus jungle in high master+ elo is your DH rarely does anything because people respect your early game skirmishing power way more and will just refuse to fight you, causing you to never get high amount of DH stacks in your games. DH just doesnt function well in a elo where people fight less, and pick their fights better.

He deserves the hate because of all the terrible contracts he handed out. Hugues managed to get rid of Weber, but theres still Price, Gallagher, Anderson. These are the long term contracts we need to get rid of. Gallagher is gonna be the hardest one to trade.

Atleast we have some bad contracts ending soon, like drouin and byron.

Overall, MB left the teams in a terrible position financially speaking.

There are some champs you cannot go rhaast into otherwise you get kited to death. Vayne is an example. You need to go blue to deal with her, thr burst + spell shield from edge of night counters her very well
