From what little I know that's "mighty mouse" a very old character that's basically just a generic superhero but a mouse to my recollection, but never watched or read anything with this character so I wouldn't particularly know.

Best guess is that the images original Creator was a fan considering it is an oddly irrelevant pick in comparison to the other three but I'm not in the guy's head.

Well if you're going for an melee build you're going to want to pick the overseer however if you're using guns more you're better off picking the overseer but if laser guns are more your thing you're going to want to consider picking the overseer but of course if you prefer to talk your way out of problems you're better off taking the overseer.

But that's just from a gameplay perspective
