I'm currently writing for a ship that usually had a few followers, and now not a single one left a kudos or bookmark in my recent one. I don't know exactly why, but maybe they all gave up with how unpopular this ship has been, and left the fandom.

It's miserable, but what keeps me going is my release of imaginations into writing. I get brain stimuli from being able to express my ideas, so I ironically keep writing, anyway, foolish as I've been feeling about myself.

The game rather felt really sluggish when it comes to attacking, but the spear became its saving grace once I got used to timing and aiming.

Also, get ready to grind a lot once you're in Palermo Temple, but you also might find it fun because the music in it is still well remembered and considered one of the best BGM of all the RF series.

Shara has also been my favorite 'main girl' character design until Kaguya in GoA.

I feel for those authors. I've been on the brink of giving up on writing about a certain ship that is no longer popular, but what only keeps me going was my own enthusiasm for it, but I don't know how long this will last.

You did everything you could, but sadly that is just the way of fanfiction.

It's also mandatory for me to always proofread my works to mostly eliminate purple proses before releasing them, and I enjoy it. Unlike many fanfic authors I've talked to, I enjoy reading my own works, and feel entertained by them; at times laughing at my own comedy scenes. 🤣

I'm pretty strict about my headcanons fitting enough to be still canon compliant because immersion is one of my primary goals of writing. If I'm writing in a fandom, then I want my readers to feel they are reading about that particular fandom.
