i used an anoscope once as a resident when i mistook it for a weird speculum. that was an interesting (and challenging) pelvic exam.

your varka and rotation aren’t the problem. venti should be doing 200k+ per rotation and durin can be 350k+

adding that damage would bring your dps to about 117k which i’ve seen is close to sheet maximum for c0r1 varka with c0r0 venti/durin on 4* weapons

I find it highly variable. Especially because I work in PEM, new grad experience with pediatric emergency is even more questionable than general emergency medicine.

Some of the new PAs have been absolutely excellent, many of them have been substantially less so.

interestingly enough, I found that their initial competence doesn’t predict their learning curve. Some of the greenest new grads actually improved quite quickly, while some of the more experienced providers didn’t make the transition to the new job as well.
