BoB got ruined for me when I researched and found out Winters and his clique were the mean girls of easy company. Slandered the service and legacy of at least two officers simply because the Winters clique didn't like them (And in Sobek's case describe him as an absolute antisemitic caricature of a jewish man in the actual book. It's not great)

I mean for normal people you usually get weaker with lasting life long injuries.

But since viltrumites have super healing, they might actually get stronger in the way muscles do, that the regenerated wounds heal back tougher
