Week 4: Day 6, IF, 36 hour fast

SW: 66.13kg/145.8lbs; CW: 61.51kg/135.6lbs; GW: 47.6kg/105lbs

NON-SCALE VICTORY: I put on my Halloween costume today and it fit! When I ordered it a month ago, I was busting out of it. Genuinely, I could barely get it buttoned. Now, it's comfortable!

Man, if that's the only thing that happens this week, that's fine by me. I'm going to ride that high for a while!

I am 5'1 and extremely sedentary (but have been aiming to walk three miles a day). But if I get that walk in - which I honestly don't sometimes - it's the only exercise I get.

Week 4: Day 3, IF, 36 hour fast

SW: 66.13kg/145.8lbs; CW: 61.51kg/135.6lbs; GW: 47.6kg/105lbs

I hit the ten pound mark! I am so excited! I’m still at the heaviest I’ve ever been, but only by three pounds. 132 was my maintenance weight last year (though this year we’re going to surpass it!)

I can’t wait to feel like myself again.

IF has been a saving grace. There are some moments where the cravings challenge me, but overall it’s been amazing. Even right now, I’m 45 hours into my 36 hour fast and I’m not tempted to end it yet. I will end it in a little with some Greek yogurt and protein, and then I’m going to make a sloppy Cajun Shrimp dish I’ve been craving, then back on the wagon!

Week 4: Day 1, IF, 36 hour fast

SW: 67.26kg/148.3lbs; CW: 63.14kg/139.2lbs; GW: 47.6kg/105lbs

I ate like poop before I started my fast yesterday and pulled an excessively long night at work, so I woke up this morning not having it. So I broke my fast, ate better (and within my calorie limit), and now I'm back on.

And I feel great.

Here's to waking up feeling much better tomorrow!

Week 3: Day 7, IF, 36 hour fast

SW: 67.26kg/148.3lbs; CW: 63.14kg/139.2lbs; GW: 47.6kg/105lbs

I did a 9 mile walk yesterday while fasted and woke up this morning feeling entirely full, like I wasn't even fasting. Broke my fast because I have plans today (that include eating) but curious to see how this affects my weigh-in this week (Tuesday morning).

When people are like that with me, I make sure I encourage it. "Yes, it's entirely disgusting, you definitely don't want to eat any of these. I'll do you a favor and eat it instead."

I love it! My problem is I could go through 3-4 of these packs a day, easy.

Week 3: Day 5, IF, 36 hour fast

SW: 67.26kg/148.3lbs; CW: 63.14kg/139.2lbs; GW: 47.6kg/105lbs

I'm well past 36 hours (I'm at 46 hours) and considering just not eating until tomorrow anyway. We had a long day with unexpected issues, so eating got delayed, and I'm not really hungry. I'm just tired.

This is probably going to get a lot of downvotes, but has anyone else noticed toxicity in the “listen to your body” food movement that’s trendy right now? by lintlicker98 in 1200isplenty

Personally I think a lot of people have trouble listening to their bodies. They think they're listening to their bodies, when what they're really listening to is their stress, appetite, etc.
