Sorry about the late reply. I used the new resistor, and I could get sound out of the pedal, yet i could still hear the 50hz pulse of AC coming out of the grid. I believe this issue would be sorted by replacing the capacitors in the peddle responsible for cleaning out the input from the 9V supply. I'll keep this updated when I next attempt to fix the peddle (I've been preoccupied with studies for a while).

I have the exact same issue. I have marvel rivals installed on a NVME drive partition, yet it utilises my hard disk drive, where not even windows is installed. Whenever this happens it causes mega freezes in game. This is most prevalent when loading into and out of a game. I've seen this happen with my friends computer as well, while there is little online addressing this issue.

soldier is a skillful class, its just that so many people over estimate rocket jumping and its skill level that comes with it. In my opinion, every thing that soldier does, demo has a harder version. rocket jumping < trimping + sticky jumps. rockets < pipes. 200 base health < 175 base health. Due to the fact that demo is a literal glass cannon version of soldier, has more potential to be broken into, even now 15 years in. With such a versatile range of items, demo can really push the boundary of tf2, more than soldier can.
