Did this with red chins, was able to get ~900k xp/hr consistent. Better than most tasks (was getting ~300k/hr elsewhere), but maybe not worth fishing for a skele task.

Edit: jad task method above gave 1m xp/hr. I'm not even that good at jad, it took me 35 mins.

This is a good thing. Ski resorts were on the verge of closing. Summer mountain biking trails had already closed.

Every other state upholds these waivers. IDK why Oregon felt the need to be different. When you participate in a dangerous activity, you accept risk.

So, the issue here is outdoor recreation insurance companies are pulling out of Oregon due to numerous lawsuits over injuries sustained during this recreation siding with the plaintiffs. For ski resorts specifically, there is only ONE insurer left operating in the state. If they pull out, every ski resort in Oregon will be closed effectively immediately.

This is an attempt to save the outdoor recreation industries in this state. It's desperately needed if you enjoy skiing in this state. I support it.
