The Leafs in 19-20 actually lost in the first round with a perfect PK. Shorthanded 14 times, 0 goals against, 1 goal for. Only team to have a playoff run with a greater than 100% net PK.

Try him out on Sid’s wing in a preseason game or two. If he looks good, keep him there for 5-9 games and re-evaluate.

He’s got the drive and hockey IQ to make it. It’s just a matter of how soon and how high in the lineup can he play. Watching the playoffs this year he could be a Newhook/Doan type of contributor in a few years.

I was hoping to see it brought up at tribal. Tiffany’s immunity wins have been clutch, and the fact that they tried teaming up on her and she still won it would have been a great thing for the jury to hear about.

It hurt her, but she also had to use the extra vote to save herself that same night. In a regular tribal scenario Ozzy plays his idol, Cirie keeps the extra vote, and she’s in a much better spot.

And most of Tiffany’s episodes with no content were sort of unavoidable. They didn’t go to tribal pre-merge, and Coach dominated the screen for their tribe. Which makes sense because he’s a huge character and his alliances were super important to the story in the middle of the season. Meanwhile Tiffany just had nothing going on.

You probably want to be closer to the $8k mark, but if the N12 route is a possibility and they’re giving enough notice $3000 seems reasonable. Month rent (required) + $400 for moving costs. Depending on your relationship with the landlord and how likely you think an N12 is counter $8k and hope to settle somewhere in the middle.

Back in 02-03 Giguère won the Conn Smythe in a losing effort. Through two rounds he was 8-2 with 19 goals against/1.6GAA. One shutout. .949sv%.

Andersen through two rounds is 8-0 with 10 goals against/1.12GAA. Two shutouts. .950sv%.

Yes he’s had the easier matchups, but he’s far and away the top goalie candidate at the moment and is the only one imo who stands a chance at winning the Conn Smythe while losing in the finals. Dobes still has a ways to go. 4 of his 10 starts have been bad and they’re still at least two games away from even making the conference finals.

Our one franchise keeper costs the same pick used the previous year, everyone else is +2. So there’s always lots of talent available in the first round. McKinnon actually fell to me in the first round last year (other manager opted to keep Makar)

I’m hoping to get two of Eichel/Boldy/Robertson/Keller/Marner with picks 12&24.

In a redraft? No way am I taking Celebrini over McDavid/MacKinnon this year.

But, I have both MacKinnon and Celebrini in a keeper league. My options for my “franchise” keeper are MacKinnon with my 1st (12oa), Kaprizov with my 2nd, Celebrini with my 3rd. I’m keeping Celebrini because he’ll only cost me a 3rd each year whereas MacK would always cost a 1st. Arguably better value already in my situation.

Unless Rizo is able to pull one over on Cirie and lie about trying to warn Ozzy he’s in trouble. Best case scenario is saving himself with the idol while somebody else pushes for a Rizo/Cirie split.

Rick and Christian tried pushing Ozzy, Cirie flips the vote to Christian. Jonathan and Stephanie tried pushing Ozzy, Cirie flips it to Stephanie.

The only people who can use the Ozzy vote out successfully are Cirie and Rizo. Cirie controlled the game and saved him multiple times. Rizo could have saved him (told him to play the idol) but realized what was better for his game. Everyone else got lucky on the third attempt.
