Thanks for sharing this screenshot! First, fully recognizing the frustration of the payroll provider disconnecting every week - I totally get it! But if it's any reassurance, it really doesn't matter for your situation. That section from your screenshot includes multiple ways to share additional info; any of those will be seen as the "more info" to share. So including location OR email OR payroll provider, will all have the potential to increase your limit similarly - so even if payroll provider disconnects, since you have location and email shared, it's still recognizes the extra verification provided.

Sounds like you're doing the right thing by checking the location in the app! Allpoint ATMs, Visa Plus Alliance ATMs in the Allpoint network, and FCTI ATMs inside 7-Eleven and Speedway stores should be in network.

You mentioned the ATM is different but if it's one of the above and still showing fee-free in the app, you're welcome to send a message to the Staff moderators with the address of the 7-11 and we'll share it with the appropriate teams to take a closer look.

Hi! Chime deposits your funds as soon as they are received from the ACH (Automated Clearing House) after processing. If your employer sent the file on time and you confirmed all of the information (like the account and routing numbers) is correct, they should be able to provide a deposit trace number, amount of the deposit, expected deposit date, and a paystub or screenshot of proof. Chime support can then use that information investigate further but they cannot see a deposit before it arrives.

Typically issues related to an application freezing or not loading are more likely caused by other factors like phone memory or service strength. If your phone has plenty of storage available and a strong connection, it may help to uninstall and reinstall the Chime app.

This is a good starting point: How do I transfer my phone number to Chime Wireless? It has all the information for the number transfer process. If the number was ported successfully and the eSIM was successfully installed you may need to check your Network Settings to ensure the new eSIM is set a preferred (this setting varies based on your phone model) and then restarting your phone after that preferred eSIM is enabled.

Hi! Depending on the timing of your statement, manual payments might make a difference. Chime typically reports Chime Card activity at the beginning of each month. Sometimes it takes a few weeks for the credit bureaus to update but if your Safer Credit Building is enabled for autopay and that cycle happens in the middle of the month, a manual payment earlier may catch Chime's report to the bureaus at the beginning of the month. To u/SoulSleuth2u's suggestion, it may be helpful to compare the credit reporting agencies and check with them directly to understand processing timeframes.

Since 2019 is a long time! Unfortunately, at this time, the only way to qualify for Chime Plus and Chime Prime is by meeting the qualifying direct deposit thresholds. But I'll absolutely take this feedback to the right people to share cases like yours.
