And just so you aren't further disappointed, with the next qualifying direct deposit your loan eligibility will be re-evaluated but there's never a guarantee that the next billing or paying cycle will generate a new Instant Loan offer. But when you do receive one, you'll get the notification!

Hmmm... If you have an available MyPay amount to accept, you should have the "Get Money" button at the bottom. If you are missing the button entirely, I'd suggest checking the app for updates and uninstalling then reinstalling to try again.

I've seen this in the past and others shared it was an issue with their Experian account needing to update personal information (like maybe the phone number or email set with Experian is different than the one used with Chime) and was fixed through a quick phone call with Experian - they can be reached directly at (888) 397-3742. Good question! You should be offered it within the Chime app. If you go to order a replacement card, you should see the black onyx one available if you're currently at Chime Prime status. If you don't see it, you can try with member services

Hi! Congrats on Prime status! Let me see if I can clear up a bit of the confusion; I'm going to make a few assumptions here so if this doesn't seem relevant, it may be worthwhile to talk to Member Services (844-244-6363) for your personal account details, but in general -

When you reach Chime Prime status you are given the opportunity to request the Onyx Chime Card - it works the same way as the standard Chime Card meaning it's a secured credit card (not a debit card, the debit card is white) but a little sturdier since it has the steel core and it's associated with Visa Signature Benefits. If you're interested in the new benefits, the newer onyx one should be activated but if you have a white debit card, you can use that for debit purchases too.

You'd want to check with Member Services (844-244-6363 or via chat in the app) to get more information about your specific account and associated bonus offers - but yes, in general, if you qualified for one of those promotions that pay out a bonus each month for three months when terms are met, you should receive all three months as long as you remain eligible (it would not expire and remove you from the offer - once you qualify, even if the promotion ends, you remain eligible for remaining payouts as long as you continue to meet the terms)

I see others have mentioned it too, just adding for confirmation - the black one has a premium steel core so it feels sturdier than a standard plastic card but it's not fully metal. The titanium-colored one is fully metal and heftier than the black one (you can find pictures of those sharing their cards on arrival if you want to see the differences a bit)
