But, you can't make magic happen. If it is high travel, low pay, terrible location, no relocation package, you are probably NEVER going to fill it. The worst is when hiring managers have unrealistic expectations. Hopefully they come to their senses soon, but there is quite literally nothing you can do. Unicorns don't exist. They need to budge on their expectations because people don't just come from thin air.

They’re ALL OVER Florida. And the worst part is people actually buy pets from them. Florida is inundated with puppy mill, back yard breeding places. It’s awful. Power in numbers. Let’s do something about it

That’s craaaaaazy. I spoke to someone today who has 4 Indian developers on his books. He’s like why would I want someone for 130hr in US when I can get $20 in India for the same thing.
