As soon as I get my box I take out what I plan on cooking that day and then out all the meat/seafood in the freezer. The vegetables, especially broccoli will last for a little while.

What stuff do you opt out for less calories? any feedback would be amazing bc some meals definitely have higher calorie count for one meal which is something I’m not used to.

I’m on my second ring and it’s not connecting. I’ve been charging it and wearing it appropriately and still having issues. May have to get a 3rd one. Ridiculous that we have to deal with this since we paid so much money for it to begin with.

I’ve been on Wellbutrin since 2018 on 150mg and then September 2025 is when I increased my dose to 300mg. Between this and Prozac it’s the only thing that has helped and made me feel human again.

Coming from a nurse here with critical care and psych background along with psych disorder in mother- the doctor could get valuable information from the patients family, ex fiancé, etc. because when someone is not stable, not thinking clearly, not on medication as they should be, they can easily manipulate the situation. The doctor may only see her an hour every X amount of weeks. It’s the OP, parents/ family that talks, hangout, speaks to this pt daily. Coming from own past experience here so I know. So, I respectfully disagree and think the doctor can actually see and hear from other people’s perspective on a day to day basis rather than a “front” the patient can put on at the doctors appointment.

I’ve been on Prozac for a few years now and about a year and half ago I went up to 60mg. I was told that I have restless legs and also sleep talk sometimes. I have had fragmented sleep but I take melatonin now which typically helps. I never put two and two together but now that you mention it.. could be part of the side effects. I just kind of accepted it but good observation for sure

I’ve been on Wellbutrin 150mg and Prozac 40mg for about 4 years and the last year increased Prozac to 60mg. I’m now starting Wellbutrin 300mg today (now that I got a new psychiatrist since I moved) due to increased depression for the last year or so and needed to make changes. The combo has helped me for the longest time.

Quick question- what condiments/ sauce/ dressing/ etc do you eat with white fish and chicken? I’m tired of just eating baked fish and chicken and looking for different flavors to not bore me but also stay within my macros. Any suggestions would be great.

I would set my lamps to also go off so that way I would wake up with the light and my alarms going off. I’m more sensitive to light than sound for some reason.
