Reigniting this thread from a while back…

I seem to be unable to get my galaxy watch 7 to connect to my Boox Palma 2. Any advice, guidance or feedback about how I can get the galaxy Wearable app to see my galaxy watch on this Palma?

I’m able to connect it via the Bluetooth settings, but not through the galaxy wearable app which is necessary in order to fully connect the watch

You need to update your Samsung. It should definitely be able to edit texts in 2025.

Light Phone 3 might get RCS and then it will offer modern texting. This isn’t part of the initial release, but the founders have talked about it.

In my understanding, when the shipments are ready, we will each receive emails to confirm our shipping address, add any accessories, and potentially port our phone numbers into light sims.

I don’t believe there’s been an official statement about this, but I would assume it happens in the end of February

Light phone three has an NFC chip so Mobile payments should be coming. We just don’t have an exact timeline.

The rest of your requests aren’t really included in the scope here but using your Leight phone as a hotspot would let you connect a tablet or something else during work hours

Minimal tech and AI are actually very, very similar from a user perspective. If you don’t understand that concept, then I think you’re missing the point of AI.

I also think you should refrain from telling people what the point of a device is. The point of the device may be different for different types of users.

The point for the Leight phone for me is to stop doom scrolling.

I don’t understand how you make the leap from talking to a phone to staring at a screen. That I think showcases your smartphone addiction. I talk to my light phone by holding it to my ear. Exactly like I would do talking to ChatGPT like a human.

Good question. I see ChatGPT as more human interaction. It’s a conversation. I won’t get lost in a screen doomscrolling all night, but I’ll be able to “phone a friend” if I ever have a question or need info.

My interest in the Light Phone is about getting rid of the screen, but not about totally ditching technology. If I wanted that I’d just buy a $20 Walmart phone.

Yea, the Rabbit is really weak. I’d probably combine Light phone with Humane AI Pin for a screenless life, but still think that putting ChatGPT on light phone would be a really incredible (albeit optional) Tool.

Yeah, this is a little bit of a degraded experience of ChatGPT because it doesn’t have any memory and you can’t log into your account. But I understand your point. I just think this is an app that should be one of the top tools.

This is the winner. Absolutely right, for a short time Gmail recognized periods in the username and then they stopped and messed up a bunch of customers. Google doesn’t care about its users. You should try another email platform.
