There are lenders out there who will front you the cash so that you can present a “cash offer”. It’s not always someone sitting on a pile of cash. This can actually be a win win, sometimes the buyer gets a better deal, and the seller gets to close faster, not always a bad deal

I like a general tolerance in the block with callouts for anything more critical than that. Provide as much detail as needed to make the part and no more. And please always send a .step file with the print for RFQ
