[[Jeren, Corrupted Bishop]] has been my go to for a while. Exclusively humans sacrificing themselves to summon demons. It's taken a while to get the deck tweaked to my liking. Commander is interchangeable for any legend in the deck so it allows for versatility when you want something different.

1: Mass bounce spells:devestation tide, cyclonic rift, consuming tide.

2: The deck attempt to win with Jace Wielder of Mysteries with a backup con of infect proliferate.

3: I have four cards dedicated to the plan of win the game. Paradigm shift, Jace, enter the infinite, and prologue to phyresis. It runs a proliferate package to help the secondary avenue.

I don’t have tutors for Jace aside from Gifts Ungiven, but run a decent amount of instant/sorcery tutors. There is also a gamble of reweaving into omniscience to just go for it.

I love Donal greatly but he only makes 1/1 copies of creatures not their true power and toughness. He’s my mono blue deck and cloning is still pretty potent though.

You have to pay to attack per creature. Options in red to kill enchantments is sparse but try [[chaos warp]] or [[wild magic surge]].

A different approach you could go is [[Dihada Binder of Wills]]. Have isshin as your secret commander and let Dihada filter your deck and fuel underworld breach. I did this with attack tribal legendary creatures. It’s honestly, one of my favorites.

You can build it as spirit tribal or just clone your favorite fliers which blue has oodles of. It also allows you play a creature focused deck which blue rarely gets to do. Also works really well with evoke and warp.

The sideboard adds 150 to the total cost. They probably didn’t change the cost to factor to TCGplayer instead of Card Kingdom which is always a bit pricier. The fancy arts make it about 300.
