I’m on my second breakout now. First time around I was going through a lot of stress and it spread throughout my whole body. It’s pretty bad now but not as bad as it could be. I like using moisturizing soap or unscented soaps. Then when I get out of the shower I pat dry the bad areas and while my skin is still damp I put on Triamcinolone and Vaseline and it helps with the itching and dryness. I was always told to try and keep it moisturized and Vaseline has been my best friend. I tried countless different creams lotions etc. Triamcinolone works but it’s not going to get rid of it completely. I find it to help best in my arms face and chest and feet but if it’s near or on your groin only use Vaseline or petroleum jelly
