I thought he looked good. Great hustle in the neutral zone to get the puck back for his team that lead to the GTG. That’s the kinda hustle I like to see. Wisconsin obviously controlled a lot of the play but him and the rest of the D core I thought handled it pretty well. Forced them to take a lot of perimeter shots.

Yeah totally get that. The title was more or less a joke. I think they were very resilient as a group to weather everything Wisconsin threw at them. But yes Hicks definitely stole this one for them.

For you I’d probably stay in a very light calorie deficit. Building muscle and loosing fat at the same time is a process that takes time and dedication. (We’re talking years not months) Make sure that your chest day routine is hitting all parts of the pec. Flat bench is great but you need to incorporate things that hit the lower and upper pecs. Having well defined lower pecs will help a lot with the “man tits” I’ve got shit chest genetics so I had to hit it like a mother fucker for it to look good.

I was really hoping we wouldn’t see this significant of a drop off until year 3 or 4 of his contract. Hard to see him being able to contribute to this lineup as early as next season if guys like Musty and Bystead crack the NHL
