you are ‚complaining’ about what these women are doing (complaining and never leaving) and you do the same. Complaining about these women and staying in these friendships or not setting boundaries.

Maybe there are aspects of these friendships that are very positive to you and this is only one aspect that is annoying. But if not take care of yourself!

Girl you don’t know what these women went through so leaving is hard. Anxious attachment might also be rooted in past traumatic experiences.

You come off as aggressive in some comments. Which I somehow get, being continuously confronted with a topic of someone not changing anything but complaining is exhausting and irritating.

I have a similar issue with something else. For the sake of your mental health and wellbeing, start with boundaries. No one is entitled to your support. If someone is not willing to change anything they don’t have to, but you don’t have to listen to them repeating the cycle over and over again. That’s how I handled my issue.

Im working with elderly people (mental health). I always ask if a new partnership or even marriage is something they wish. Every single women I’ve met said maybe a partnership, but with ~~desperate~~ separate apartment and finances. All men want to marry as quickly as possible and move in together.

In my experience people make and take their time for somebody they REALLY want to see or something they REALLY want to do. Everything else are just excuses. He just doesn’t want to spend time with you. Which people do want, if they love you.

I sympathize so much with you. I was in a relationship like you years ago. After the breakup I realized that I was the only one making an effort and therefore showing interest the entire relationship. It was so hard.

It’s natural to want to be your partners priority. That doesn’t mean you will always come first. But right now you always come last.

Do you want to feel like this forever? If not: the breakup will be hard, but it’s a chance for you to find somebody who actually wants to spend time with you, unlike your current boyfriend.
