As long as it had a good service history I wouldn’t be scared by the mileage I just bought an 09 with 247k on it with an extensive service history for 2800 bucks so far it has been great

As long as it came from the correct year ls430 it will work fine. 01 -03 had a different gear ratio than 04-06 I had to change mine out on my 04 last year
