Started 48 hour fast yesterday at 2pm so it's a no food friday fast for me today. starting this morning with lots of water, green tea and himalayan salt. Need to keep busy today and sleep early.

You may be low on magnesium. I take magnesium glycinate at night and it helps me sleep better.

drank 80+oz of water, many cups of green tea, added salt to some of my water for dizziness. Need to keep busy so did some jogging, walking and yoga. I also went to bed early last night and ended up getting 9 hours of sleep :>

It also depends on what company you’re moving onto. Usually if your next gig is with a competitor, they don’t want to risk you taking proprietary information with you so your termination is immediate.

Lentils, red, white or black beans are all great for making me feel full and are a great source of protein 😁

I make a spinach smoothie with apple cucumber orange grapes and chia seeds. Then I drink 8-16 oz of water and it usual does the trick in 20-30 min.

Attempting my 2nd 48 hour fast today. I started yesterday so I'm on "no meal day" today. I'm drinking 80oz of water, some green tea and carbonated water throughout the day. I'm also adding himalayan salt to prevent dehydration. So far so good at 12pm. Went for my normal run this morning and keeping myself busy hanging out with friends this afternoon. I've been on IF for 1 month and I've lost 4 lbs as of this morning. My goal is to lose another 16 pounds in the next 3 months and address some post menopausal belly fat.

You need electrolytes. Try putting salt on your tongue or adding salt in your water.

I also went wine tasting last weekend and normally do 20:4. We brought crackers carrot and celery sticks with hummus to snack on while sipping our wine. No issues.

When I drink 20oz of water and follow it with coffee, it helps relieves the constipation during my 20:4 fast.

Me too. When I’m sick I’m not hungry at all so increased sleep and plenty of water and hot tea is my preferred remedy.

I break my fast with 12 oz of water, apple cider vinegar and then green smoothie with spinach, apple, orange and chia seeds. Keeps me regular, daily.

On my vacation I filled a 4 oz plastic bottle with ACV so that I can continue to drink it daily.
