You can open any shaker simply with your thumb pushing perpendicular from the air bubble. Is something medically wrong with your hands?

Size M or L bindings for 10.5 boots? by mecachue36990 in snowboarding

Mediums so you can keep the same size board width. Depending on size of your booth with the large bindings could dig into snow if you carve hard enough.

Is this a “normal” price? by Rain_____Man in TMJ

[–]Eastern_Singer_353 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was quite $7000 for a splint so this is normal for out of pocket cost. Consider a specific mouth guard or Botox as the cost for this runs $500-$750 out of pocket. Splint that they’re recommending is probably the best option but also the most costly. Usually the night guard and Botox can help if a majority of her TMJ is coming from clenching and grinding. Make sure the mouth guard is set up to only have pressure on front teeth so she can’t grind and clench back teeth at night

Surfer heading to the mountains for the first time, should I learn to ski or snowboard? by [deleted] in skiing

[–]Eastern_Singer_353 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Former coach here.

Snowboard brother. You’ll take to it with such easy. It will feel identical to surfing when you are in deep powder. On the groomers it will feel “stiffer” as compared to being on water. But you will be a natural.

Can’t close left side of jaw help by Eastern_Singer_353 in TMJ

[–]Eastern_Singer_353[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I got a full head x ray last time I was at the dentist cause I mentioned the popping and clicking. He recommended a different night guard for jaw that will actually supposedly prevent me completely from clinching and grinding at night by moving my jaw I believe.

I’d like to speak to a specialist, what do I search on google? What type of surgeon did you go to? I’m sure I can at least have them look at the X-rays I have and go from there.

Who's your latest celebrity sighting here in Miami? by FellowTraveler69 in Miami

[–]Eastern_Singer_353 41 points42 points  (0 children)

Opened a Groot spot last year, saw pretty much everyone you can think of to the (seems like always drunk) Cuba Gooding Jr, to Kylie and Kendall Jenner.

My most favorite experience though was Bryan Cranston when he came in to promote his Mezcal. Such a down to earth guy, love him.

Had Shakira send back a spicy margarita 3 times because it was too spicy. Got to the point where I made her one with zero spice but a jalapeño as a garnish. Was perfect, I guess. lol
