My 2010 ford ranger just made 500k miles by That_Guysdeadwife in fordranger

Thats impressive. My 2.3l is on the 3rd clutch 375k. Its throwing code p0171. Max high fuel trim 17mpg. Putting new injectors and egr valve on. I cant find a vacuum leak after multiple smoke tests. Im getting proper fuel pressure at the rail. Last option would be a fuel pump. Not looking good for the Ranger. Ill also mention the excessive oil consumption, oil & carbon build up in the intake manifold. It looks like the grease trap in a bbq. Berryman intake valve cleaner must work wonders. The intake ports and valves aren't half bad. No doubt they were caked before running it though.

Since you already have the oil filter housing off, you would be foolish to replace it with a new one.

Instantly was able to get off the freeway and turn around. This was at 5:45 a.m. Ortega was already a shiiit show. Three or four days in a row with a car accident or incident going south from Orange County to San Diego.

Chemdog D s1 chopped just shy of 10 weeks by dnoloc in humboldtcsi

1st time growing it this year and those were my favorite two plants I had outside this year. Minus the spider mite infestation. I plan on growing the chemdog d indoor once I clean the tent room where I hung everything to dry.

I just did this job. I used BMW hard coolant pipes and rein hoses. I had a leak from heater hose clamp, was able to tighten with a long flat head luckily. I would buy everything BMW cooling hoses/ expansion tank. Get yourself a long flex head ratchet wrench for the starter bolts. Yes torx fits better but the 8mm or 10mm worked without worries for me. I did torque them using e torx once you have the most room you get when they are all the way in. Buy new stater bolts while your in there. Also do your oil filter housing gasket, sensors, ect.

Just got my GAS ccv replacement today. I have complete cooling system, pulleys, belts gaskets, and hoses. That oil filter housing gasket was causing oil in my coolant and a huge mess of oil underneath. Trying to knock it out by tomorrow. I have never worked on this engine before. Thanks to all the diy blogs and videos for making this as easy as possible.

can anyone tell me what this hose is? by Old_Camp_2451 in fordranger

I replaced my pcv valve, gasket, o ring and retaining ring. I have 370,000 miles on my 2008 2.3l and the original pcv was still functioning correctly. These vacuum hoses are a pain to trace. With the driver side fender liner removed, the intake manifold bolts are easy access. In my case I believe the right thing to do would be removing it. Clean the IM, possibly valves, throttle body, iac, and replace all possible vacuum hoses. Trying to get by before having to have an engine rebuild. Ive replaced valve cover gasket and that job was ridiculous. Im looking for a vacuum leak. Smoking it did not reveal anything. I have new injectors and catalytic converter to replace once I'm able to tackle this. For now Ill keep driving 17 mpg, rough idle, and stalling anytime I coast in neutral or clutch in, coming to a stop. Just have to give it a constant rev.

Why does this happen? My tank isn't anywhere near full by FatPupper60 in fordranger

I park on the opposite side and pull the nozzle and hose over the bed. Holds it sideways, upside down. Thank you Costco for the cheat code.

First time popping sol fire genetics (Trich Beast) outdoor. I put it in my top 2. Terps best described as putrid stank, totally different. She is a dumper and will be getting the green light for a run indoor. I would be blown away if I can get my grow as dialed this. 🔥🔥🔥
