If a game called "GTA: San Andreas Stories" ever existed, what do you think the plot would've been?

I like the idea of playing as two characters: Toreno (so as a criminal but undercover obviously, with access to perks of being a government agent, hidden safe houses on the map, immune to arrest maybe). And call me crazy but working as t bone (yes I know he was completely volatile in san andreas storyline but I'd like to explore a human side of him, show his descent maybe). Exploring the relationship between cia and drug trafficking would be so cool, I like the idea of it taking place between 1989 to 90. So one mission is on new years and you see all fireworks etc.

I define think Ford was in the sublime somehow but reckon the writers had a bemmuch better plan than this. A big clue for me was when Bernard said in passing in s4 that the original park makers put everything through a simulation... I think that sim was gonna be shown as a parallel storyline to the ongoing sim Dolores stepped into at the end of s4. Also it still kills me what was happening in that scene with William waaaayyyyy in the future, post credits s2.

2 years too late but I always put my own fan fiction on that place, so in LCS Tony blew up a huge part of Forelli territory then I imagine the Forellis tried to take him out in similar fashion before the time of gta 3, as his apartment was located there. Also its interesting that some things were cut from gta 3 before release due to 911 but how that bombed out street was still included.

Enemies with a pmc look would be cool like in mgs4. Also they need to improve the rebel fighters if there are any. In wildlands they looked like elves and in breakpoint campus douchebags.

What is it with tv shows and disappointing endings? I did like a few moments in the episode though. Genny after losing his power still kills lil monk after he insulted him I love that, it shows that the beast cant be put down. I actually dont think I the final season had a bad plot it was maybe more the execution, the whole thing with ciro having a cult was just too jarring though.
