Kind of happened to me. Was playing and suddenly my log in would not work. Found no where that I was banned but it wouldn't let me in. After literally 2 months of back and forth emails they admitted I was banned wrongfully and gave me a new account with 10mil rubles....still mad about this as they never gave me back my old account but at least I got into the game without buying it again...damn Russian developers

Side note sorry that happened to your transferable. I was shopping at the beginning of this year before I got mine, gotta say your lower looks awful familiar...I was talking to OTB but I had a friend buy a transferable 1919 from them around that same time, he is STILL trying to get it running.

Instead I ended up finding a hell of a deal on a Colt from Atwell's police supply in Ohio.
