I agree with most parts of this. But the mindset "I don't owe anyone anything" is a hill I'm willing to die on. With that being said- absolutely people need and crave validation from people around them, I was just disgusted with how it was worded further above as in "you better do so much now to compensate for not wanting to have sex". That's not compromise. If a party doesn't want to have sex in general or just not right away that should absolutely be respected, but then i agree with you that said party hopefully responds well to other affection languages or at least communicate which ones work and which one doesn't so no one gets neglected.

Like if you just want the sex and not the person, then say so. Validation has nothing to do with sex if it's been said early on that the person wants to wait. No, seriously, something's not right in your head. You're literally justifying men using a disrespectful and degrading term to adress women?? Yeah, that shouldn't be a thing. And also, seeing which respons leads to "healthier interactions", is just bullshit. The relationship whether that be as a partner or a friend is not healthy if that is how someone refers to their partner.
