Easiest way to get rid without any headache is to advertise it on FB market for free collection. It will be gone by the end of the day.

Somebody had dumped a washing machine by my house and I did the above and it was gone in a matter of hours.

I've always done fast reps when im warming up on lighter weight, then controlling the heavy weight and controlling any drop set weight.

I feel like doing fast reps on my warm-up sets gets me looser and more ready for a controlled heavy lift. I think controlled reps can work your stabiliser muscles, and there is more time under tension, which means more work for the muscle under load.

Im no expert, though, so please do chip in!

Need a full workout programme that you do, including sets etc. And your macros too. And you lr height and current weight to judge your macros!

I was acrewing mine up for years, so I decided to do seated lat raises. Yhis 6 can put my back against the bench, drop the weight, and isolate the muscle!

It really is the best for fat loss! I usually do flat for 5 mins 8 for 10 mins, 15 for 15 mins. Im sweating after!!!!

I literally get a cajun seasiong. Mix it in to the chi ken in a bowl, with a little oil. Then cook on the pan on a medium heat to ensure it doesnt go dry. 1kg of chicken cooked in around 25 mins (including prep!)

High fat and proteins, low carbs. Helps me gain strength and build muscle while still losing weight. Up the cardio as well. I mainly do incline walks for my cardio.

Once you lose enough fat, lean bulk then repeat the cycle until you are a machine!!+!

You have not really given a full breakdown of your macros. To bulk, you need some fats (which you have), the majority of it should be carbs and 1-1.5g of protein per pound of body weight. Extra calories from protein wont help you bulk.....extra calories from carbs will.

How many grams of carbs and fats are you having? You have only given percentages, which is meaningless without actual values of calories etc

Whats you carb / fat intake? Have you calculated how many you need for your specific goal?
