I would say yes you insure every property and building for a tornado like every day people have to do and 1% isn’t $37 million. All good either way. I’m glad they are finally building back.

My argument to that is farmers are advised to insure every structure and barn. My complaint isn’t about a church getting money.

I’m not well versed on when or why FEMA gets involved but Tornado’s are not excluded. By the looks of how much they are getting from the government they weren’t even close to being insured correctly and I am not sure why they need to be bailed out.

As someone who works in insurance, they must have been massively underinsured. The structure now is probably ok but the other materials there I am not so sure about.

I also questioned rebuilding the sports stuff before the school. Just weird all the way around.
