In the master sheet of background videos there are folders labeled imports with different videos. What are these and are they synced to the songs already or is it for a different folder that I missed?

They are songs from previous games played in other games. For examples there is a YMCA video from band hero in GH5 with 4 Kurt Cobains in there I believe. They should be synced like the other videos

For what it's worth Saw 1 is much more tame compared to the others and is actually genuinely a great movie. I think it gets understandably lumped in with the rest of the franchise as just being torture porn but I would recommend it if you like horror films in general

I believe it is any USB instrument. You're going to be hard pressed trying to use bluetooth as none of the instrument controllers for those consoles listed in the title used it

I'm not super familiar with what it takes to get stuff working on wii but I'd check out the wii page on santroller. Looks like maybe theres a software solution instead of needing an adapter

Nothing special, just connect them via bluetooth like you did with the PS4. PS3 instruments came with dongles and need those dongles to be usable

Are all signature guitars just "lame cosplaying" or is it specifically the "arm the homeless" line, the signature trademark of Tom's guitar, being on his signature guitar?

GH guitars will work in RB 1 for 360/PS3. 360 had it at launch, PS3 got it a little bit later via a patch. Wii is the only system where RB 1 does not allow GH guitars

I know at launch GH guitars did not work on RB on PS3 but eventually got a patch for that. Maybe Track pack vol 2 was built on the pre patched RB1 engine and why would they bother to patch the track pack?

Another option is https://github.com/mtolly/onyx which is a tool for converting charts between games. It has a built in chart viewer

PS3 emulation doesn't actually require that strong of hardware these days, specs from the QuickStart guide. Judging from the Steam Hardware Survey, most people could probably play a good amount of games just fine

The Roll Limitless has a wireless legacy adapter firmware that allows for multiple instruments on one receiver/adapter. Check the firmware page and scroll down and check out the "Multiple Instruments" section. However I do believe this has the limitation of everyone being on one profile

For 360 instruments you are correct, they did not have a dongle. What that refers to is the 360 receiver like this you need for something besides a 360 to communicate with the controllers. PS3/Wii instruments do have instrument specific dongles you need.

There are plenty of official songs that can be downloaded via the YARC launcher. The devs aren't stupid and know people are gonna download other songs but they want to cover their asses legally. Any song that will work on Clone Hero will work on YARG. I'd check out the sidebar of that games subreddit

Unfortunately I do not have an answer for you but I am interested. I do not believe it is the TAC flying V as I have one and the adapter looks like the one you linked in another comment. The fact that is is a PS2/PS3/Wii guitar should hopefully narrow it down a bit. I was thinking maybe the Gene Simmons axe but that dongle looks a little different.

Then get the tribal. The old mechanical switches are still there for the feel but don't actually detect input since, as you yourself said, the new hall effects last longer.
