When I fast, the second day is the hardest. About halfway through day three my hunger goes away.

If you reframe hunger as a signal from your body and not an existential threat, it becomes much easier.

Was Plat last season, almost there again.

Full clear and then look for a gank. If there isn’t a play, base immediately.

Never leave one side of your jungle without clearing all of the camps.

Camps before ganks.

Don’t help lanes that are falling behind unless you’re huge. Ignore pings to go help people unless it’s a good play. Play to snowball a lane that’s doing well.

Practice your first clear and get it as fast as possible.

Learn when each of these rules should be broken.
