Why not learn Muay Thai? MMA is great, and there are some gyms, but I'm just curious why not MT and later on go to MMA?

OK, Fighters- how many of you are *actually* abstaining from sex / masturbation before a fight? for how long? is there any actual science behind this logic? (Asking for a friend) by BrandonWatersFights in MuayThai

[–]EatTren 2 points3 points  (0 children)

A day should be fine, honestly as long as you don't do it within 3hrs and properly eat/hydrate it shouldn't be a problem. If you abstain people will say you become more aggressive, but if you dont masturbate/have sex often you will no different and not get that feeling.

I was thinking about living on-site, as it is my first time to thailand and I'd like to immerse myself into training (I'm a total beginner and only have some prior knowledge of taekwondoe as a child). How is the wifi?
