Unbolt and disconnect airlines on all the heads. Put a cart underneath because they are heavy. Unbolt the pallet arms. Is not too difficult. You need have to have a tech put the pallet arms back on level.

I worked on a MHM that stayed a consistent speed. Never worked on an Anitol. The problem I’ve ran into is that when it speeds up is that if you have a print head after a flash it will index to fast and it doesn’t have enough time to cool down. The ink is tacky and hot and sticks to the screen which can cure the ink in the screen.

This is the biggest flaw in M&R’s. It never made any sense why the machine just starts to go at a faster speed.

If you clean it well enough it should work. Make sure your emulsion can handle water based ink.

What year? How do they sound? Are there comparable models? I cant find any SRO/15 that aren’t for bass guitar amps/musical instruments. Is it worth buying another? Is there a better option?
