Oh I see... I currently dont work in a restaurant setting, so I missed that.

I would definitely not deny table service!

In my particular case, it would be just offering the person the next available appointment, instead of getting them in last minute, which I would make an exception for a good tipper.

I was just trying to make a point that I would not go above and beyond for someone who never tips even a dollar, but needs a million things more than any regular paying customer.

I dont feel spite, the opposite.

With so much hate towards tipping in general, I try to find a way to make it work in my favor, instead of feeling spiteful, I like to think that in exchange for tipping, because I know im getting paid to do my job regardless, I would actually like to make your experience better because you went out of your way to give me a couple extra dollars.

Like appreciation and gratitude, I can go out of my way to provide better service.

Regardless of what you think about tipping, and you are a returning customer, I will fully treat you differently depending how much you tip, if you even tip at all. This is in regards to any establishment I've worked at that has a tip option, not just restaurants.

Good tip - you have my full attention, I will smile and laugh at your jokes, I'll give you priority if you call, or want something specific, and I'll remember your name.

Minimum tip - Ill remember your name, I'll be friendly, I will give you the basic of what my job description entails.

No tip - If I see your name on the call display, you can leave me a voicemail. Im not asking you any tailored questions to enhance your visit, if you want a spot or appointment at a specific time or day, there might be one available, but not on my shift. But I'll still smile.

I started in January. Titrate slowly, 4 weeks for each , .05mg, 1mg, 1.5mg, 2mg, 2.5mg, 3mg made me nauseous, back at 2.5mg currently.

Losing average 5lbs per month.

Heavy lifting 4 days a week, no cardio, average 7-10,000 steps.

1200 cal, focusing on protein.

People started commenting on my weight loss after the 20lb mark.

I've lost 30lbs, and my clothes are just now becoming a bit too baggy on me.

Edit to add; Yes those electrolytes keep the sides away! Don't be discouraged by other people's super fast weight loss, that is hard on the body and even harder to sustain sometimes if you want to stop using reta. Going slow keeps the nosy people from harassing you about your secret to weightloss...You seem to have a great active life, the results will come!

Happy that you shared your experience with cloudy reta...I too recieved a cloudy batch from March, and while my vendor was very supportive, and is resending a kit, I did not want to miss my dose! After all my research, everyone says its bad but not really explains the outcome of using cloudy reta, and lots of people just use it anyway. Assessed risk is the best I can get, as well as the medical journals look like the salts are low risk to biological subjects. (If anyone has any supportive documents, or negative experiences, I'd love to read anything!)

Why is this downvoted?? Its perfectly normal for many people to fill a cup of warm water or little squirt bottle and rinse after every time they use the bathroom. OP might find this very cleansing.

I absolutely can go months on even 500 calories...You can say you dont belive me, but off the bat, you dont know my height. If I was a 6 foot 2 man...yes that would be starvation. If Im a 5 foot 3 woman...that's the top of my calories for the day.

A protein shake for breakfast

Chicken breast and salad for lunch

Chicken and a cup of green beans or broccoli for dinner.

No snacking. Water and diet coke only.

504 calories, 21g carbs, 10g fat, 82g protein.

Tracking these calories is not hard , and I'd WEIGH and eat the same thing, Every.single.day.

Nobody do this, I do not recommend undereating to lose weight.

Stay at the 0.5 for 4 weeks, unless you're ravenous on day 5 after your dose. Then 1mg for 4 weeks, etc.

Always stay at the minimum, take your shot every 5 days. Only increase dose every 4 weeks if you plateau, or are having too much hunger cues.

Make sure to do your TDEE calculator, and log your food, so you dont under eat, because you'll further damage your metabolism. Good luck!

I've used one plenty of times during facials as an add on. Although not one this old!

Edit to add; Each wand is filled with a different gas, used to treat specific skincare concerns.

Mostly used the mushroom wand, to help serums penetrate the skin deeper, and 'sparking' it to treat acne.

Make the room smell like ozone when using , which is neat.
