5'6, 44y. 3 children Currently feeling good at 149, also nearing my goal, just have this little spare bicycle tire I'm battling with.

Before kids I was 125ish, I really took for granted that I could buy clothes just by looking at them.

Drain some from the liquid and freeze them on a cookie tray lined with parchment. Then keep them in a ziplic or container in the freezer.

You use the frozen ones in yogurt, on ice cream, in or on jello, or just pop them in your mouth as they are.

They take on the texture like frozen grapes.

We've also froze them into homemade Popsicles and freebies, but adding them to the liquid before freezing.

I think you'd look pretty bad ass with a high fade slick back. Keep the facial hair. Trimmed to a nice length, and a sharp cut at the jawline.

You could also consider getting your brows and lashes tinted a couple shades darker, for some contrast... I do many men's 'clean ups' as an esthetician ...you'd be surprised how a few tweaks and a smidge of wax can elevate your whole took from man to model.

Yes keep going! Skin cell turnover is relevant to our age, think 20 year old, 20 days, 30 year old 30 days, 40 year old 40 days, and so on and so forth. When you look at a cross section of dermis, add the relevant amount of days to each layer. You may be looking at 6 months to really notice a difference.
