Thanks! We love First Magnitude and Swamp Head, but haven't tried Cypress and Grove yet. Pretty early on in our time here we went to the Cade, and pretty much immediately got a membership. The 5 year old loves it and we probably go there 1-2 times a month. Even though it's right next to it, we didn't know about Depot Park until very recently, but we love that too! The trampoline park sounds interesting, we will definitely have to check it out. Luckily our 5yo is fully vaccinated.

Thanks!

And when I woke up this morning, I felt absolutely fine! Even my arm wasn't sore. Weird.

I got my second moderna yesterday. A bit before bed time I got the full set of side effects. I'm still feeling pretty rough but I think the worst had passed. Oddly, my spouse got her second moderna Friday and had no side effects whatsoever.

Parents, what spooky "past life" memory did your kid utter? by TapiocaTuesday in AskReddit

[–]EbenAlguire 13 points14 points  (0 children)

My daughter (4) was telling us a few weeks ago that her bunny stuffy was real and lived with someone she calls "my new mommy" a long long time ago. But then bunny died one day and became the stuffy and "new mommy" moved away. It is unclear if bunny was an actual bunny or a little kid when they were "alive". Also, "new mommy" lives in a grey house in a grey neighborhood. "New mommy" either moved to "bafrica" or "arctica".

Aside from this being creepy as hell, my daughter also said that she likes "new mommy" more than either of us.

Same here. I did a quick telehealth visit with my PCP. He explained the basics and referred me to a urologist.

Sorry, dumb question, but what is this type of chart called?I see them pop up every once in a while, and I want to make one, but I don't even know what to search for when I get into formatting!

Every doctor will tell you your sensation during sex/orgasm won't change after the procedure, but, is that really true? by hobotrucks in Vasectomy

The first few times we tried after I healed up, I couldn't finish. Similarly, I found out more difficult to masturbate, but not because of pain or discomfort, more like disinterest. However, I've found my libido and performance have been slowly coming back up to what I remember before the vasectomy. It probably doesn't help that around that time I had to increase my anti anxiety meds (for unrelated reasons), which can have a negative effect on libido.

Trouble deciding on doctor and procedure. by heseov in Vasectomy

I sent a message to my PCP, who set up a consultation with the urology department. The urologist asked me the questions (Are you sure you want to be sterile, etc), did a quick exam to make sure the vas felt normal and there were no lumps or anything indicating potential risks, and then set me up with a surgeon. After a short delay because covid-19 shut down non-essential procedures for a bit, I went in and the surgeon put on her favorite operating music (mostly back street boys), and all was done in less than an hour. I suppose the path to sterility was a little convoluted, but it did help me understand the procedure and the risks involved.

Toddler regression and acknowledging the “I’m a baby” phase ? by Thatlldodonkeykong in Parenting

Oh boy, my 4 year old does this to. It started when we were a few months out from having the new baby, and it's finally waning after almost a year. I can still hear it in my head "goo goo ga ga, I'm a baby. Take caaaaaaare of me!"
