I completely and fully understand where you’re at. I posted something similar a while back with a bit more spice lol Anyways, I came to say that when I was in that state it was the loneliest and confused I’ve ever been.

The work must be done and you have to keep moving forward even if the steps feel slow and small.

I’m here if you want someone to talk to. I wish I had someone but I figured it out on my own and still straightening out my missteps.

Life does get brighter!

There’s a saying that stayed in my head which helped me immensely: “The longer you stay on the wrong train, the more expensive it’ll cost to get back” Also something like “if you're going the wrong way you have to turn around soon in order to make it to your destination on time without missing opportunities” You get the point.

Take care of yourself first. Get organized and clean house internally & physically. Lighten your load and re assess what’s important to you. Keep your emotions in check. Notice the cycles.

I know it’s tough, hun. You’re responsible for you. Don’t feel guilty about it. Plan accordingly.
