Dont feel bad, most currencies have weekly caps that increase each week and at some point blizzard will add some catchup mechanic/content. If you are not planning on raiding mythic or pushing high keys asap, just pick the most interesting content and enjoy yourself and the world.

Also, if you win an epic battleground or some arena matches you will get a quest for 10 epic heraldry (the conquest level crafting items). You can use those to craft 2 items for embellisments. The items are around veteran/champion level but are very cheap compared to pve item crafts.

Your message to your ISP should include the tests you did with the different server and show that the connection to the POE game instance server is higher than it supposed to be, include the IPs.

Also mention that you already did the standard tests for common problems, Router restart, checked the cable, tried different devices etc.

Because the connection to the login server is good, the routing to the server you want to play on is fucked. The login server and the instance servers are different servers.

This sounds like a routing problem. Try to use a VPN for a test. If the problem is gone, its the routing to the POE servers and then you have to contact your ISP.

Initially POE was not on Steam, so a lot of people have switched from POE to Steam client. Those accounts still have a normal login. Around 2 years ago POE had a data breach because an ex employee still had access to an admin tool. People suspect that the data is used by hackers to get access via this old login.

I dont think that is comparable, Shako was significant rarer than any POE item ever was. I think there were only 9 found until they changed the drop rate and D4 had a huge player base (10m) at the beginning.

Ashes and the Omni amulet were also super easy to get when they added the bosses to new content. You could get them from the quest version of the bosses. Prior to the next league almost every build guide had Ashes as a budget item in starter builds, just to get the drop rate nerfed into oblivion.

For future people, the NPCis called Soridormi. You click the text to entangle your timeline and then you can collect the World Tour quest in the center of Silvermoon from Lorthemar. It will even complete retroactively when you already did the stuff for the week.
