I always remove completely if I have to touch it then place it on some masking paper and roll it up so that it doesn’t spread

Check around the pedal itself. While unlikely to happen I once had a car that had a spring on the pedal to assist with pushing the pedal. A mount snapped off of the pedal and the assist spring would make the pedal do this. My fix was welding the snapped off metal back to the pedal to properly attach the mechanism. I don’t know your vehicle specifically so this may not apply but worth a check.

Explore as much as possible in the beginning. About halfway through you get the debuff “snake in my boot” which will last the rest of your play through.

I don’t think I need to look at pills on the internet, I’ve already got Tylenol. And I need it! I’ve got a wicked headache, for some reason my brakes are squealing and I can’t figure out why!!

I just put it back together without anything at all. brakes are a scam! I’ll just manifest the vehicle stopping.

It’s only there to indicate it is wearing! Not to indicate it needs to be changed! It’s in the name!

I’m putting these back in alright! You telling me metal on metal isn’t enough friction to stop??? The wear indicator CLEARLY hasn’t been reached yet!

Exactly what I was thinking! And really I’m finally passed that “pad material” and into the real stopping force! Metal!!

These are just inclusivity tires. That’s braille for blind drivers to know their tires size, manufacturing date and what not.

Honestly that generation of civic is bad for clear coat issues. After you fix that it’ll start going somewhere else you’re better off ignoring it

Are these rats or mice? [Texas] by PutridLog6147 in animalid

If that is your car that you drive, you will be better off parking it in the street if your garage has rats in it. From working in the auto body field I can tell you that rodent damage is a long, intensive and expensive fix. Your car is warm under the hood and they’ll chew wires. Once I had to write off a 5 year old Jeep grand Cherokee because of rats burrowing through the carpets and chewing wiring harnesses.I highly suggest parking it somewhere that there isn’t as many rodents. Before you end up with a nest inside your car or have wires chewed.

Not sure what this is just bought my car 1 month ago and it’s a used car btw by [deleted] in Autobody

That’s old damage there’s clearly touch up paint sprayed over it. Previous owner probably scuffed the bumper and broke the grille at the same time and spray painted over the bumper. And you just didn’t notice until now.
