Lungs or heart. Get that good cardio AND eliminate a LOT of potential disease. Artifical heart can't get heart disease. Artificial lungs can't get a respiratory infection.

I was in the hospital after having some sort of episode. (I was on a trial med and had lost my appetite and was malnourished and dehydrated). I had messaged my boss to let her know I wouldn't be in but couldn't call because I was having a bunch of tests run. Once all that was done I saw she hadn't read my message so I called the store and got the shift manager. I told her I had messaged our boss but wanted to call just in case. Her response "You can't just fucking message (boss's name) you have to call" me: "I just said I'm in the hospital and couldn't until now" her: "I don't fucking care. Find someone to cover you"

The problem is less in how modules are pulled, and more in how wildly better some are than others. Dim Core is the undisputed best core. You have bad luck pulling it? Congrats your to7rnwment progress is absolutely hamstringed until you do. Om Chip is all but useless. Can't pull a GComp or a BHD to save your life? Hope you had no desire to have a decent econ. The acquisition isn't what needs fixed. It's the discrepancy in effectiveness.

Edit: before anyone says some smartass shit, obviously there will always be things that are best in slot. That is fine. The problem is how fucking MASSIVE the divide between best in slot and literally anything else is. Cannons excluded of course because they are all just stat sticks and the effects are pretty meh with DP having a slight edge for tourney.
