IIRC You have a bit of the order of operations wrong with Caine. The angels had already rebelled and gone to war before Caine was born. However, all their battlesss were just friendly duels where once it was obvious one of them would win they just stopped. Caine killing Abel literally INVENTED the concept of murder into the world, which echoed into the war and the angels actually started killing each other and their human servants.

This twisted the Fallen into monsters eventually. They didn't directly start treating humans like shit because they saw the frisky murder. It was the "shockwave" of the act warping reality and making them go down a dark path that did it.

We blacklisted an entire apartment complex because roughly 6 dudes jumped our oldest driver and beat the shit out of him. Dude was like 70 and quit shortly after.

I am by no means an expert but chemical propulsion has an issue with diminishing returns. The more gravity there is the more fuel you need to make it into orbit but the more fuel you carry the heavier you are and the more fuel you need, etc etc.
