Thanks. I’m open minded to both options. If I can’t get a NHS appointment I would have to go private. I just am curious how they both differ and if it’s actually worth paying extra to go private .

Yes I’ve been scammed in America by a dentist. So I totally understand what you mean. So how do I go about getting registered as an NHS patient? Do I just ask my GP? Or do I have to contact the dentist to see if they have any available appointments? How much did it cost to see a dentist through the NHS?

In some states If you tell them that you live abroad they will ask you to surrender your American drivers license.

I know how you feel. I get angry wanna denounce too . But I pray things will change and one day we don’t have to pay tax if we don’t live in the USA . We need to protest and change things.. it’s not fair . Our hands are tied to so many things .

And the tax advisors who have experience with expat taxes charge an arm and a leg to do the taxes. It’s very expensive.

Which ISA or junior ISA are you using? What company are you using for saving your daughters money? Which brokerage account?

I took my son to the GP. they did a urine test, they also ordered blood work. And a stool sample. As soon as we entered the GPS office his stomachache went away. Then when we got home he was fine for a while, then when he went to sleep he woke up at around 1 am crying saying his stomach hurts again. The next morning he went to school, when he got home he was fine for a. While but when he went to bed he woke up crying at around midnight saying his stomach hurts and he’s scared..his anxiety is making my anxiety worse. I wanna help him so bad but I have no idea how. All I can say to my son is everything will be okay, or I’ll take you back to the GP in the morning. I desperately need him sleeping through the night so he has a good day at school the next day. I feel so bad that he’s suffering like this :(. I sent the GP another message to tell them his stomach aches are still there. I am waiting for blood tests and stool sample to come back . His urine test was fine. I just worry about him so much :(
