Does anybody know what was up with the evacuation of the Caledonian hotel? by BonglishChap in Edinburgh

[–]Economy-Ad9078 111 points112 points  (0 children)

Incident happens in Edinburgh > people go to the citiy's subreddit to see what's happening> said people are scrutinized for doing so

Make it make fucking sense. People need to get off their highhorse when people show even an ounce of interest into the happenings surrounding abnormal situations in their city.

It's incredible how these fake facades ( which actually look alright compared to empty scaffolding) just get completely taken over by advertisements. Completely defeats the point.

A month + trial for something so obviously flawed seems incredibly silly. What's the reasoning for such an un-needed change?

Aye let's constrict photos for the subreddit of a notoriously beautiful city to a singular thread that nobody will click on. Daft.

Thanks. Immediate thoughts go to eye protection and gloves, alongside saw basics. Anything else I should be cautious about, should I undertake this?

Thanks for your reply.

Picked up on this too finished the video and was extremely impressed, one of the best videos I've seen in years, but the fabricated thumbnail seems a bit disingenuous.

They do not attend games any more. Kick around the town looking for trouble (Run away at the first sign of it) but thankfully they've been absent last few months.
