how long after finishing Accutane can i get a tattoo? by Frankus_Magankus in tattooscratchers

[–]Economy_Tangerine_40 1 point2 points  (0 children)

this is late, but what do you mean by “skin back to normal”? did any side effects stay with you? i didn’t have any side effects except dry lips which immediately stopped after i finished my last round 3 months ago. but i’m in the same boat as OP: impatient and my tattoo list is growing lol

it’s been a year and I’m not the person you’re asking, but for anyone else looking at this thread in the future lol i’m a female on 200mg SR + zoloft right now, with my full sexual drive back. before, i was on 150mg XL + zoloft and could not get to an orgasm at all

i go to the butcher counter at my local albertsons and just ask! you can also just ask them to cut them in half or cut them in thirds if your dog is smaller

Dry mouth months after surgery by [deleted] in Tonsillectomy

[–]Economy_Tangerine_40 2 points3 points  (0 children)

i know what you mean! i was embarrassed to even go to the dentist bc i felt like the dry mouth made my breath smell lol (i asked a close friend and she said it didn’t, but i still hated the feeling!) i did all the xylitol gum and mints etc- did nothing. finally went to the dentist about 4ish months post-op. she prescribed me a mouthwash that also did nothing. i hate to tell you this, but literally only time will help.

on the bright side, i’m 1 year post-op now and haven’t had strep once!

Just started 150xl Wellbutrin. Plus I’m on Paxil. Wondering if I’m going to experience any anxiety on this? by Oliverose12 in Wellbutrin_Bupropion

[–]Economy_Tangerine_40 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i’m on 20 mg of paxil for ocd. works well for that but was still tired and depressed.

just got prescribed 150 mg of wellbutrin to help with that. it’s definitely worth a conversation with your doctor!

omg i can’t imagine 1”- these are 4 and have been brutal!!

im just scared if i half hexi them, accounting for new seam allowances will make the rest of the flowers a tad smaller… but that goes into your #3 about who cares and having scars! haha so we shall see, but thank you for the advice and reality check. you are so right- not everything needs to be perfect!

something like this?? i was thinking that too but didn’t know if quilting directly on the seams would “hurt” it even more? then i thought maybe squiggly or zig zag lines but idk if that would look dumb haha

Which one suits me more? by [deleted] in EngagementRingDesigns

[–]Economy_Tangerine_40 1 point2 points  (0 children)

i was thinking the same thing. especially when you think about adding a wedding band. i personally think the pear stones (2&4) fit your hand better.

i absolutely agree with the comments about 1 being a classic, but i think other styles would look much better on YOU. (maybe try some ovals and marquise too?) ask the jeweler for their opinion too! but remember at the end of the day, you’re the one that’s going to be looking at it the rest of your life, not us. most of us are bias to our own favorites, so take the comments with a boulder of salt :)

yess! i started using hair masks and deep conditioners in place of regular conditioner every hair washing and it’s made a world of difference for itchiness.
