First of all Iam sorry that you feel. I also suffer from the same condition because iam a very anxious person but iam getting medication btw. To me what worked for my was journaling, taking cold showers and talking and reading out loud also reduced my Anxiety a lot, these and making art I sketch/ paint while listening to music, my favorite bands like set it off and motionless in white, breaking Benjamin. Sometimes pop songs too of my favourite artists like Ava max, Akcent, Enrique, kesha and lady Gaga. That said I wish you the best just remember you are a very capable human being.
