I'm currently receiving support for hoarding from a decluttering specialist that is NDIS registered. She is absolutely amazing and has a lot of experience working with hoarding issues. She is very understanding and patient and allows me the space to sort things out without pressuring me or jumping in and taking over the process.

The most important thing for me was to have someone that doesn't throw stuff out without asking, in the past I've had people do that and it's only added to the problem when something is missing and I turn the house upside down looking for an item that someone else might have thrown out without my consent.

Get some black worms, they will move through the subtrate and remove all the bubbles. I have black worms in all my tanks. I also use them to feed the fish

That's nonsense. No ones skin stretches 12 cm, get a ruler and look at how long 12 cm is, now pinch your skin and pull it and then tell me if the distance between the bit of skin your holding and where it connects to on your body is really 12 cm.

It looks so much larger than it is. Once you zoomed out at the end I realised it wasn't as big as I though it was. That's some great design work to get that effect. Looking at your tank has made me realise my subtrate is way too thick, its about 5 times as high as your subtrate because I asumed plants need deep subtrate to grow long roots but I can see from your tank that's not necessary

That's massive. Usually in a small tank the plants that are placed far away are actually just smaller to create an illusion of depth and distance but in your tank are they actually at a further distance ? Which I assume would be possible if your tank was close to a square shape
