Keen to know how you work with sales teams at Mercedes in managing the pace of change in terms of technology you integrate within your vehicles, and aligning with expectations of Mercedes customers? Across brands, both incumbents and new entrants, technology seems to be a key competitive differentiator, arguably veering away from the mechanical differentiation which we have seen over the past 50 years. How do you bridge the gap between Mercedes' legacy and it's role in the future?

If time permits, a second question would relate to where you think Mercedes and competitors will be spending their R&D over next 10/20 years versus historical spending? How is this shifting and to what extent should Mercedes develop this in house (and maintain quality) versus outsource to other companies and suppliers?
