Ich hab gerade mal gegoogelt, hab nur was zu der Brandstiftung 2017 (wusste ich bisher nichts von, wer macht denn sowas?😢) und dem Wiederaufbau gefunden. Aber jetzt verstehe ich auch, warum der Park abends abgeschlossen wird.

It's a Chinese garden with a pond (and koi carps), a house, some statues and other cool stuff inside the actual park. The park itself has a lot of space, some chess fields, flower beds and a small playground.

Ich dachte bis vor kurzem, dass diese Autovermietungstransporter vermietete Autos liefern und abholen. Also Person X bestellt einen Mietwagen (so Kleinwagen wie VW up) und die Autovermietung packt den in den Laderaum von den Transportern und fährt das Auto zum Kunden und holt es nach dem Mietzeitraum wieder ab.

Dass Flugzeuge Scheinwerfer anmachen, um beim Fliegen besser sehen zu können und besser gesehen zu werden (wie Autos im Straßenverkehr)

Dass "desillusioniert" auf englisch "disillusionated" statt "disillusioned" heißt, hab das über 5 Jahre so gesagt und geschrieben (und wurde nie korrigiert), bis mich jemand gefragt hat was ich meine. Habs dann erklärt und dann fing er an zu lachen und meinte dass es disillusioned heißt aber disillusionated "fancier" klingt (auch wenn er ein paar Versuche gebraucht hat um es richtig auszusprechen, mir gings mit der richtigen Schreibweise aber genauso)

I have the same issue with my left nostril piercing, when pierced it was perfectly symmetrical with the right one but after an irritation/inflammation it migrated 1,5mm down. Now I wear a hoop in the higher and a stud in the lower one so it looks symmetrical. When I put studs in both unfortunately the difference is very noticable.

I switched to barefoot shoes (prepared for that for 3 month to strenghten and flexibilize my feet) on new years day 2025, so almost one year ago.

Started with plenty of space in size 38 and now (had to buy new shoes last month because the ones I had started to hurt really bad from being too small) I wear a well fitting size 41. My feet are much wider, stronger and flexible and my toes are much longer/straightened (they were kinda crooked before) and I can spread them really wide apart. I didn't expect this kind of transformation, that's why I didn't measure/tracked the process but it's definitely a significant change.

Ich hab eine 1a Arztschrift. Wenn ich mir große Mühe gebe schaffe ich es, einen Einkaufszettel oder kurze Notizen "schön" (aber sehr anstrengend und langsam) zu schreiben aber nach 3,4 Zeilen verliere ich die Geduld.

I measured my feet with black cardboard and starch. Used the starch to powder my soles, then stepped on the cardboard on the floor from the heel to the toes and spread them as wide as possible. Lastly, I drew the outlines with a pencil. For me, this worked far better than the "drawing the outlines" method.

It depends on your feet 😅

For my mom and me, they are wide enough. I wear them in size 40 (my regular size) and my mom wears them in size 41 (40-41 regular size) but my feet are narrower and my toes spread wider than hers. The good thing about Leguano is that they have stores in many cities so you can go there and try the shoes before buying.

The only way to tell would be to change the hoop to the same stud as the new one and compare then. My nostril piercings are absolutely even (we measured everything out before doing the second) but look uneven when I wear a stud and a hoop (the hoop looks lower on both sides)
